Olve Maudal
Biography
Olve Maudal is a dedicated geek. Give him something blinking or beeping and he will immediately start thinking about how to make it do something useless.
He is currently working for Tandberg Telecom developing systems for audiovisual telepresence. Previous experience includes developing systems for searching oil (Schlumberger) and developing systems for moving money (Bankenes Betalingssentral). In mid 90's he studied Software Engineering in Manchester and Intelligent Robotics in Edinburgh.
Olve is a very active member of the vibrant software development community in Norway, where among other things he is organizing the Oslo C++ Users Group. His blog can be read at http://olvemaudal.wordpress.com.
