Biography
Norman is a Software Consultant, Instructor and Architect working for Davalen, LLC, a Premier IBM Business Partner specializing in WebSphere Portlet Factory, WebSphere Portal and Lotus Domino projects.
He has been working in the software industry since 1995 starting as a Lead Analyst and Project Manager for AutoZone, Inc. Recent work includes large J2EE based Portal and web projects in addition to working in a mentoring capacity on projects for numerous fortune 500 companies.
