He has been involved with the Agile movement since its inception and he spends most of his time visiting teams around the world, helping them with thorny problems.  In 2004, he wrote Working Effectively with Legacy Code, a guidebook for developers confronting extremely messy code.  Today, his primary interests are team dynamics, design skills acquisition, and functional programming.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
