Dave Bartlett


Dave Bartlett is an enthusiastic software professional with over 25 years’ experience as a programmer, developer, architect, manager, consultant, and instructor.

He currently works for clients through Commotion Technologies, Inc., a private consulting firm and lectures at Penn State University’s Graduate Engineering School in Great Valley, Pennsylvania. Dave’s main work efforts today are with Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia helping to design and build web, portal and composite applications for use within the Federal Reserve System and the United States Treasury.

Over the past 10 years Dave has designed and built software for a wide range of company’s and government agencies in various technologies. Pharmaceutical, banking, investment, medical devices, and patient record are just a few of the software systems Dave has developed.

Over the past 15 years Mr. Bartlett has become an active instructor with Penn State Great Valley, CorporateU and MindView, Inc.. His courses include Software Integration, Information System Architecture, and Principles of E-Business. He is a member of the IEEE Computer Society.

Mr. Bartlett holds a Master of Engineering in Software Design and a Master of Management from the Pennsylvania State University. He lives with his family in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, USA.
