Chuck Allison is an associate professor of Computer Science at Utah Valley University. He spent the two previous decades as a software engineer in the western US. He was an active contributor to C++98, Senior Editor of the C/C++ Users Journal, and co-authored Thinking in C++, Volume 2 with Bruce Eckel. He was also the founder of The C++ Source and a contributing editor for Better Software Magazine. For more information visit his web site.
