For all contributors, we would like to have email and snail-mail addresses on file. These are necessary before we are able to generate contributor agreements (contracts), which are in turn necessary for us to be able to publish your chapter. If you want to add phone numbers, don't let us stop you.

We want all contributor names to appear on the page; if you'd rather not expose your contact info, add your name, make an appropriate note, and send the contact info to Alan Beaulieu.
